Let me introduce to you the Joe Pryor Real Estate team.

Team Leader

Joe Pryor has been in real estate for 19 years. Previous to that he owned home electronics stores for 16 years, so much of his adult life has been devoted to running a business and service the community. His dedication to education has lead him to obtain important real estate designations like Certified Residental Specialist (CRS), Accredited Buyers Representative (ABR), Certified Internet Professional (e-PRO), and Senior Real Estate Specialist (SRES). He also is finishing up on what is comsidered the MBA of Real Estate investment and commercial education, the coveted Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM). Joe has been ranked in the top 2% of Realtors nationally and has been ranked No 1 or 2 statewide for the last three years. His service to the real estate community also extends to service on the Oklahoma City MLS Board, The Edmond Board of Realtors, and the Oklahoma CRS Board. Joe has been a featured speaker in meetings outside the state and looks forward to the team’s privilege of serving you.

Orjana Beck

Orjana Beck works directly with Joe on all aspects of real estate. She is a native of Albania, came to this country and received a Finance Degree from Texas A&M, and has been granted the CRS designation. She is currently working on her CCIM designation. Orjana’s committment to excellence and her friendly style of explaining technical details of a real estate transaction in easily understood terms has helped many clients in making informed decisions. Orjana’s specialty is investment real estate and is in charge of all aspects of both residential and commercial wealth building. Orjana currently is a homeowner in Edmond Oklahoma and has two lovely children.

Charlene Humphreys

Charlene is the buyer specialist of the team, and helps on the listings of existing homes, especially those of historical significance. She is also considered one of the best Realtors in handling “short sale” also known as pre-foreclosures. Charlene is the team coordinator of www.virtualrealestateteam.com. This is primarily devoted to helping buyers through electronic internet transfer of profiled homes that meets buyers needs. Charlene’s has a varied and successful business career before becoming a Realtor. A Native of Baton Rouge Louisiana, she also spent time in Florida. She has a Chemistry degree, has owned businesses including speciality food stores and a resturant, and had a successful career as a remodler of homes she purchased to fix up in classic styles and resold. Her background makes it easy for her to relate to a wide variety of clients. She currently holds the CRS designation, and has completed her classroom requirements for CCIM, and will be sitting for the final exam in Spring 2009.

Sharla Wilkerson

Sharla is the newest member of the team. She is our resident office manager and coordinator. It is important to have someone who can bring all parts of the transaction together so that important details can be handles seamlessly. Sharla has a Degree in Marketing and worked for Fleming Foods for 14 years in her area of expertise. Sharla is an Edmond Oklahoma homeowner and has two children.
