Let me introduce to you the Joe Pryor Real Estate team.
Team Leader
Joe Pryor has been in real estate for 22 years. Previous to that he owned home electronics stores for 16 years, so much of his adult life has been devoted to running a business and service the community. His dedication to education has lead him to obtain important real estate designations like Certified Residential Specialist (CRS), Accredited Buyers Representative (ABR), Certified Internet Professional (e-PRO), and Senior Real Estate Specialist (SRES). He also is finishing up on what is considered the MBA of Real Estate investment and commercial education, the coveted Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM). His service to the real estate community also extends to service on the Oklahoma City MLS Board, currently President-Elect of the Oklahoma Association of REALTORS®, The Edmond Board of Realtors where he is currently Past-President, and the Oklahoma CRS Board. Joe has been a featured speaker in meetings outside the state. is a state certified real estate teacher, and looks forward to the team’s privilege of serving you.
Charlene Humphreys
Charlene is the short sale specialist of the team, and helps on the listings of existing homes, especially those of historical significance. She is also considered one of the best Realtors in handling “short sale” also known as pre-foreclosures. Charlene is the team coordinator of www.virtualrealestateteam.com. This is primarily devoted to helping buyers through electronic internet transfer of profiled homes that meets buyers needs. Charlene’s has a varied and successful business career before becoming a Realtor. A Native of Baton Rouge Louisiana, she also spent time in Florida. She has a Chemistry degree, has owned businesses including specialty food stores and a restaurant, and had a successful career as a remodeler of homes she purchased to fix up in classic styles and resold. Her background makes it easy for her to relate to a wide variety of clients. She currently holds the CRS, CDPE, and CIAS designations, and has completed her classroom requirements for CCIM.
Joe Pryor
Joe is a 22 year veteran of real estate. He has the designations of CRS, CDPE, CIAS, RFC, ABR, e-PRO, EcoBroker, and CDPE. His team has specialist in investors, short sales, foreclosed property, acreage properties, and working with luxury property sellers.
